As of January 1, 2018, all employers must use a new 'clarified' pay statement template, which was already mandatory for employers with at least 300 employees since January 1, 2017. This 'new formula' pay slip was intended by the Government to make it more readable and understandable for the employee, without increasing the procedure of establishment for the employer
